“ The food is really good. I’ve been ordering from here for about 7 months and it hasn’t missed. Customer service so/so, but so are most Chinese restaurants I’ve stumbled upon, and I don’t mind it at all. ”
“ Horrible customer service and they genuinely try to get over. I ordered a cheese steak roll and crab Rangoon tonight and they sent me a roll with 80% onion and pepper with minced garlic size ground beef sprinkled in the roll. Crab Rangoon is 90% cream cheese, 5% crab, 5% scallion. Just horrible and then they tried to tell me they didn’t do refunds I had to walk around there and literally smash the roll on the counter showing them it was almost no meat to get my money back. Please save yourself the time, if you live in this area do yourself a favor and order from Lui’s Garden or New Ocean. ”
